Now, I wouldn't dream of asking that of you. [He's teasing a little bit, knowing how, frankly, embarrassing Chobe can get - but also he can work with it.]
Really, the bigger question is what they know; not hiding my identity would be easiest, but, depending, it may be beneficial to my ability to play nice that they not connect "me" to "your brother".

However, the next bit? That he's more sure in. He's fairly liberal showing off with his own powers and healing, almost everyone who's talked to him knows there's something off about him, despite not knowing any details. He hasn't softened his personality one bit, which makes the baffled looks he gets when folks find out he has a family all the more delightful. He knows better to put all his cards on the table at once, but he doesn't mind putting out a little bait. Is Toma his weakness? Of course. But is Toma himself weak?
Hahaha, he personally hopes he's a front row seat to any poor schmuck that makes such an assumption.]

Sounds like there should be no problem, then.
[Surely, there will be those who will be wary of Toma based on his brother's reputation, anyway - but that's far from an insurmountable problem. Poor sweet boy knows his brother isn't perfect, but surely they'll understand he can't just give up on him, and he's still important to him, etc etc, it's all very sympathetic. :( ]

That's putting it mildly. All things considered, I wouldn't even call this a terrible gig. If whoever's in charge had just made us an offer proper instead of kidnapping us, I wouldn't have said no to checking it out. We've got the time to kill.
