Scarred up scruffy blond!! Solid and muscular but not super buff. He is covered in scars but his most notable ones are all across his face and through his right eye! That eye is completely blind and can't be healed. He also has sharp jagged shark like teeth. More info and a summary of history here!

If he auto-heals too much tho he will temp revert to a small child while his body recovers. Like a digimon. It takes a lot of energy for that to happen though. In canon it doesn't happen til he's in a big ol boss battle with a kaiju sized monster in multiple areas at once. But also--it's funny so I might make it happen more.

He can summon exactly one prehensile vine from his arm like a whip or extra arm. Nothing more advanced than that til more gets unlocked!!

He's also covered in scars, but these just look like more roots and vines in his current state.

Chobe is a rich kid turned street urchin turned bandit gang leader turned horrible convicted criminal turned semi-immortal plant human hybrid after a fucked up mission on an island. Everything he does is motivated by keeping his little brother safe no matter any means necessary. If that also means being recorded 24/7 for Sinfluencers guess he's gonna do that!!
As a personality summary, he's exactly as he looks--hot tempered, feral, rowdy, etc. However it's emphasized he's Highly adaptive and perceptive. Meet someone he wants on his side? He knows how to smooth talk and compliment them. Kidnapped by the bad guys? Immediately join up with them until he can find a safe opening to bounce and betray them. Someone stronger than him? Time to analyze and retreat if needed. Despite his pride he has no problem humbling himself and biting his tongue if it gets him where he wants to be in the long run.
He's also just a spiteful little weirdo. He has a rep for being ruthless and cutthroat, being a bandit and all, but as long as you act normal he's chill. Get on his bad side or pick on his brother and he will make it his PERSONAL mission to torture you. Also part of the reason he even gets his weird plant powers is because he was just wandering around cannibalizing monsters unprompted. He does not let free flesh and blood just go to waste!!

Anime Power Bullshit:
Even at a base level as a normal human, Chobe is super strong and instinctive and feral in his fighting style. Now add the flower monster boost and he becomes a Problem. As a basic summary:
-He is semi-immortal! Break his neck, chop off limbs, remove organs, whatever, he'll regenerate them and laugh in your face. Usually when something regrows he'll briefly have a vine-like tattoo over the area. It does still hurt though .
-I say 'semi' immortal because he CAN be killed, just under very specific circumstances. To kill him someone would have to directly strike his weakness (his navel/ovum) with Tao specifically tailored to counter him. He is a Metal Tao elemental so he's weak to people with Fire Tao/Energy. Just burning him won't work, it'll just make him angry lol.
-Basically he is a Grass/Steel type pokemon.
-He can also die if he burns through all of his energy with a big attack, like in canon. Oops.
-He ALSO runs the risk of arborfication, where his entire body turns into a tree/flowers and is basically dead, if he uses too much of his power as well.
-He has a monstrous plant monster form (the Waitanhua Flower) that eats through his energy/tao the fastest, but for scale it takes him fighting multiple Boss monsters at once in different areas via spreading his roots in the ground to burn him out to death as he sacrifices himself.
Ability wise aside from generally being a bruiser, he can summon vines and roots and shit from his body to stab people. He's also adept at using bladed weapons, especially swords and cleavers.
As of the end of canon he was revived and turned into a child, but it's shown he can just SHWOOP grow up if he wants. Basically his chibi mode is to conserve energy, and rp-wise, I'm just going to use it as a nerf. If he gets too rowdy/tries to kill too many people, oops using too much energy, he'll shrink down to his child body. Same if he breaks his contracts too, so it'll be used to keep him in line.
If anyone tries to make a pass at him while in chibi mode, he will risk arborfication and try to kill you on the spot! Don't do it.
Misc.
Chobe is from Japan in the 1800/Edo period, and at the end of canon he and his bro are living in China and taking over the underworld there and beating up British competition?? Sure okay. He's not going to know a lot of modern stuff but he's a fast learner and very accepting of new ideas. He turned into an immortal plant monster he's not gonna be surprised by iphones and shit. He still only fluently speaks Japanese tho, his brother translates other languages for him. Not a problem in game with the universal translator, but he wouldn't understand someone purposely speaking another language.
He prefers the ladies but has no problem banging dudes if it gets him what he wants. He canonly prefers being a top.
